        Priya writes the plan in the clinic system as usual. If it isn't booked within a day, the follow-up starts on its own.

      2. A recap, then honest answers

        Day 2 the plan in one place, day 7 what people ask about downtime and discomfort, day 21 a last no-pressure check.

      3. Any reply stops it

        Bookings go straight in the diary, money questions go to reception, and anything medical goes to the practitioner.
