Who we are

A small team you'll actually keep

Jo started Sparkle & Co with two cleaners and a van. Every cleaner is DBS checked and insured, and you'll see the same face each visit.

Jo still answers the emails that matter: the complaints, the big contracts, anything unusual. The rest get answered from her own price list and diary, in her own words.

Simple steps

How it works

Step 1

Each new email is sorted: a routine question, a booking change, a payment query, or something that needs a person.
